Welcome to Eirian Rottweilers home on the internet.

We are members of the Canadian Kennel Club, Rottweiler Club of Canada, United States Rottweiler Club and the Ottawa Kennel Club.

Our goal is to effectively contribute through our own breeding program, sound, healthy, well-rounded dogs for families to enjoy. 

The word "Eirian" is Welsh in origin meaning bright and beautiful. We feel both of these words truly encompasses the modern day Rottweiler... bright enough to work and beautiful in the show ring.

We show our dogs in Conformation and Sieger shows, but we encourage our puppy owners to seek other venues such as obedience, agility, tracking, carting or herding.

The Rottweiler is a true working dog and given the opportunity he can successfully succeed in any of these venues.

All of our puppies are raised in our home and are socialized daily with the helping hands of our children. Seen here is our daughter Jasmine with one of the puppies from the Annie x Gonzzo litter.

Plenty of fresh air and exercise will guarantee a happy and healthy Rottweiler. Seen here is Bowen during a romp at the Park on a beautiful snowy day in December.  

Pictured here is Quinn at 12 weeks of age, who now lives with Carol Moffat of Rue des Arlequins, Que. Quinn is now 1 1/2 years old.

Above is a lovely picture of Bowen at 6 months of age. Just look at the beautiful head piece he has at this young age.

We believe that socialization is the key to a well-behaved Rottweiler. Bowen is shown here doing his part for the 2004 Bell Walk for Kids fundraiser along with my son Jackson my daughter Jasmine Grandma and myself.

Pictured above is Evee at 8 weeks, who now lives with Jessica and Dan DiFlorio of Mississauga, Ont. Evee is now 1 1/2 years old.

Above is a photo of our old gal 'Zoë' decked out in her Christmas best. Apparently she's pretty anxious about St. Nicks arrival (personally I think she's got a thing for Rudolph!)

This picture was taken after placing 3rd in an extremely high caliber class of 17 entries from the 4 - 6 month puppy class. Jack did a fantastic job handling the puppies at the show...thanks buddy!

Rottweilers also make wonderful therapy dogs and many have excelled in programs such as the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog program.
